About Anime Anne-Happy
Tennomifune Academy is an elite school for the best graduates, with the exception of Classes 1-7. Named the Happiness Class, this class is a secret project run by the academy to study the misfortunes that surround a number of students. Those who were considered to have frequent bad luck were gathered here after being investigated one by one in secret by the academy.
One of the Happiness Class students is An Hanakoizumi, a cheerful girl who often has unexpected misfortunes, such as falling off a bridge while trying to pet a puppy. There's also Ruri Hibarigaoka, who was ostracized by people for her obsession with drawing road construction markers. Even so, bad luck did not prevent them from smiling and rejoicing.
